JD Lenick is an American drummer based in Nashville, TN. Born and raised in Westminster, MD, he began playing drums in church and high school band. In 2015, he moved to Minneapolis, MN. After five years of what he considers his “music education” from the deep local scene of artists and players there, he and his wife relocated to Nashville, TN where they currently reside.

Known for his intentional and dynamic playing, JD is an expert at translating a record to the live stage. He enjoys working with artists and musical directors to create a memorable experience.
